Vice President Kamala Harris’ campaign is reportedly “underwater” in the key battleground state of Michigan, raising concerns among party members. Insider reports indicate that the enthusiasm for Vice President Harris within the state is waning. These reports come as latest polls show former President Donald Trump closing in on Harris across key battleground states, including Michigan and its neighboring state, Wisconsin.

Democratic Michigan Rep. Elissa Slotkin, currently running for Senate, reportedly expressed her concerns about the situation during a virtual campaign event. Speaking to donors during the event, she voiced her reservations about Vice President Harris’ standing in Michigan. Her comments may well be a clarion call for Democrats to rally support and resources in the battleground state.
