The new Manager of Social Media & Creator Marketing role is a full-time position with 40 hours a week, Monday to Friday, from 9 AM to 6 PM. The job location could be in any of three delightful places: Brooklyn, Bloomington, or Los Angeles. You’ll report directly to the Senior Director of Digital Marketing, and you’ll play a key part in shaping the company’s social media strategy and fan engagement.
In this position, you will lead the social strategy and oversee the label’s social presence. You will also guide artist teams on optimizing their social strategies, ensuring they resonate well with fans. Collaborating with third-party social consultancies and influencer agencies will be part of your daily routine to maximize campaign reach and effectiveness.
A little mentoring will also be on your plate, as you’ll lead two Social Media Coordinators to ensure that everything runs smoothly across all label social channels. The role emphasizes teamwork, as you will be working closely with international counterparts, creative teams, advertising departments, and the wider marketing team.
