Oakland County Judge Suspended Amid Investigation

Kathleen Ryan isn’t a newcomer to the bench – she’s been a judge since 2010 handling cases involving wills and conservatorships, among other things. There are no other records of her behaviour being investigated by the judicial tenure commission. It’s now a waiting game to see how these recent developments might impact her past or ongoing cases.
