Oakland County Judge In Hot Water Over Alleged Improper Relationship
Breaking off in Oakland County, there’s some major buzz surrounding one of the probate judges. A familiar face in the courtroom, Judge Kathleen Ryan, has suddenly been put on hiatus.
Insider scoops claim that the reason for her abrupt break is an investigation into some pretty inappropriate behaviour. Apparently, Judge Ryan has been involved in a not-so-professional relationship with a man who also happens to work at the county court. But that’s not all. There are whispers of other misconduct involving her as well.

However, the case was kicked to the curb after it was transferred to another county to avoid any conflict of interest.
Having been elected to the bench about 14 years ago, Judge Ryan usually deals with cases involving wills and people needing a guardian. So far, she’s never had any complaints warranting the attention of the judge watchdogs. But with this scandal brewing, it’ll be interesting to see if this affair impacts any of her past or ongoing cases.
