However, the residents firmly rejected this proposal, choosing to maintain their beloved, frugal lifestyle. The township operates on modest budgets, getting by efficiently on minimal resources. This ultimately establishes Novi as a community that can offer a tranquil and balanced lifestyle.

With it’s uniqueness and peacefulness, it’s no wonder Novi holds such a firm grip on its residents, allowing for homes to rarely hit the market. However, once available, these homes are snatched up quickly by those intrigued by Novi’s charm and serenity.
