The auction will kick-off on August 26 at 9 a.m., at Interluxe.com/auctions. However, if you’re interested in either property, previews will be available from 11 a.m.-3 p.m. on Friday & Saturday and from 1-4 p.m. on Sunday.

As per the auction rules, potential buyers must register to bid after viewing the property. “We require a prospect to sign the terms and conditions and provide a $75,000 good faith deposit,” explained Stacy Kirk, vice president of Interluxe Auctions.
