Birmingham Firm Spreads Holiday Cheer with Food Drive
The spirit of giving is alive and well in Birmingham! DesignTeam Plus, a local architecture and interior design firm, has just wrapped up their second annual food drive, and to say it was a success would be an understatement. On November 21, this enthusiastic team collected a whopping 300 pounds of nonperishable food to benefit some fantastic nonprofit organizations in the area.
Supporting the Community
The incredible haul from DesignTeam Plus will go to Yad Ezra and the St. Joseph Family Food Bank, two organizations dedicated to helping families in need. Nadrine Grace, a board member at St. Joseph Family Support, couldn’t have been more appreciative. “We are so grateful to DesignTeam Plus for the food drive they held in support of the St. Joseph Family Support Food Bank for the second year and also of their generous donation,” she said. “God bless their efforts!”
And it wasn’t just food that was collected. The generous folks at DesignTeam Plus went the extra mile and made cash donations to both organizations as well. This kind-hearted gesture really highlights the firm’s commitment to making a positive impact in their local community.

David Jaffee, the Director of Operations for Yad Ezra, expressed his gratitude as well. “We are so grateful to DesignTeam Plus for coming through for the second year for Yad Ezra clients with kosher food during the holidays,” he stated.
