The menu also boasts delicious options like Langos and the ever-popular Bell Smash Burger. With so many choices, you’re bound to find something you love!

A Charming Space for Dining

This snazzy 3,000 square foot restaurant is beautifully designed by Bowers + Associates, based in Ann Arbor. Whether you’re planning a small gathering or a special celebration, Bell Bistro has the perfect spot for you.

Meet the Culinary Team

At the helm of the kitchen is Chef Gabriel Botezan, an impressive Le Cordon Bleu-certified chef with years of experience in the metro Detroit restaurant scene. Not only does he cook at Adelina in downtown Detroit, but he also works alongside renowned chef Marco Dalla Fontana. Talk about an all-star chef lineup!

But wait, there’s more! The dessert menu is in the capable hands of Chef Botezan’s wife, Gabriela Botezan, who serves as the pastry chef at Adelina. Guests will be delighted to see desserts like Pапanași, Parliament Walnut Cake, Olive Oil Cake Bar, and a scrumptious Raspberry Chocolate Tart. It’s the perfect way to finish off any meal!

Raise a Glass at the Bar

What’s a great meal without a fine drink? Bell Bistro has a charming bar featuring a selection of curated craft cocktails, mocktails, local beers, and fine wines. Get ready to sip on delightful cocktails such as the Bellerina, The Belfry, Verdita, and the cozy Mulled Over. These drinks are sure to become new favorites!

A Commitment to the Community

Principal of Cicero Hospitality Group, Martin Pakideh, shared, “Bell Bistro reflects our team’s vision to bring another unique dining experience to metro Detroit. Downtown Birmingham has always been a top dining destination, and we are proud to be part of this vibrant community.”
