Keeping it Professional

Recharge!, a career development program designed especially for adults aged 45 and above will be held on Mondays and Wednesdays, starting from September 9th to 25th. The program is all geared up to provide you with useful insight and practical tips to develop and enhance your career.

Planning on expanding your business internationally? Then catch the “Grow & Diversify Your Business Internationally” webinar on September 11th presenting valuable market research resources to give you the edge you need.

Social Contributions and Fun!

Forest to Table, an outdoor strolling dinner is scheduled for 5:30-9:30 p.m. on September 14th at Johnson Nature Center, Bloomfield Hills. The open-air dining experience will feature a seven-course meal, live music, and performing artists, all while contributing to a good cause.

The Annual Vine & Dine Fundraising Event is set to be an unforgettable night filled with premier food and wine tasting set on September 17th. Funds raised will be directed to support the community in multiple pursuits. The same day, JARC also happens to hold its Annual Fundraising Event in Detroit supporting adults with developmental disabilities.

Health and Wellness

The Battle of the Badges blood drive is happening at Costick Activities Center on September 11th. Every drop counts in saving lives, so make sure to mark your calendar.

Also, gear up for the “American Heart Association Heartsaver” class on September 26th where you can learn CPR, AED and Stop the Bleed tourniquet training.

Library Activities

For fans of literature, make sure you don’t miss the Troy Public Library bookmobile ribbon cutting event, scheduled to take place at 5:15 p.m. on September 12th, and the Friends Book Sale from September 12th to 14th at White Lake Township Library.
